Teacher/Student Ratio
The Washington State ratio is 1:10. We strive for 1:6 ratio in our classroom. We want to offer best care and teaching for our children.
Teacher Lacey holds a Bachelor's degree in Education. Before her family moved to Seattle, she was a middle school teacher. For the past ten years in Seattle, she has worked with preschoolers. She loves kids so much and has found that childhood education is her passion. To improve herself in this field, in 2015, she went to North Seattle College to study Early Childhood Education. In pursuit of her heartfelt vision to create a nurturing child care filled with love, she founded Bright Star Child Care in 2019. Also, as a two boys’ mom, she believes in providing children with nurturing support and following their lead as they are naturally curious about the world.
In her free time, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family, exploring cooking, traveling, and learning new things!
